TANGLEWOOD ARENA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

We would like to advise you of the following terms and conditions of hire. These apply to all bookings at Tanglewood Arena, owned by Turnbull Equestrian Ltd and must be agreed to by the hirer prior to hire. Confirmation of any hire is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All bookings must be paid for online before arrival

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE CCTV OPERATING 24  HOURS/DAY

HIRERS USE THIS ARENA AT THEIR OWN RISK AND TURNBULL EQUESTRIAN LTD ARE NOT LIABLE TO ANY CLAIM FOR ACCIDENT, INJURY, LOSS OR SIMILAR however caused to either horse, rider or spectators.

First cover will not be supplied by Turnbull Equestrian Ltd and the yard and yard facilities are out of bounds for all hirers.

Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so as not to interfere with any following bookings.

All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left ina safe condition by the previous occupant.

Turnbull equestrian Ltd reserve the right to halt any actions which we consider to be contrary to our Health and Safety Policy.

No mucking out into the lorry park or leaving rubbish behind. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times and no climbing on any equipment or fencing in the car park.

Please leave the arena tidy when you have finished and leave all poles and fillers back in. Please poo pick the arena when you leave.

ALL BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR.

Please keep all dogs on leads. Hats of competition safety standards must be worn.
